The driver is warned if there is a risk of a impact, when other motorists approach the motorcycle from behind, the system provides blind spot notifications and overtaking alerts.
The system sends a visual alert to the driver, via an LED above the rearview mirror or on the motorcycle’s front fairing, and an audible warning as soon as it suspects a dangerous maneuver that could lead to a collision. The system does not intervene directly in driving, but simply warns the driver.
The two LED indicators communicate dangers coming from behind with red lights.
Rear vision monitoring
Also, the system is equipped with a camera to give a very wide view of the rear.
The control screen is integrated into the front fairing of the motorcycle. Transmission between the camera and the display is via a radio link.
